As he enters his last call, let's hear what you like about Rusty Wallace.
 
He's always been a hard charger, and speaks his mind. He's just one of the guys. Has a great Busch program.
 
Rusty, in his prime, was thought of as possibly the best driver in Nacar by his peers. He just seldom had the total package to compete with.
 
I got to see him get his first win in a long time at Fontana.
He did the salute to DE that year by carrying the black 3 flag around the track paying homage to a lost peer and friend.
I respect him for that!!!!!

Besides, he too, has gorgeous eyes!!!!! :wub: :booya:
 
Have been a diehard fan of Rusty's since the early 80's and he is still a favorite of mine.

Awesome driver, awesome person off the track as well.

DL ... you are so right about the eyes !!!!! :D
 
As previousy stated, his intensity and drive. He is also a great famiy man.

i see that i am a little late on posting this, i didnt know we had one about rusty. He is awsome, ive liked him ever since i started into racin in 1990. He won rookie of the year in 84, but he would have won in before if he could have got a full time ride. in 88-91 he could have won the championship every year. He is still great, im sure gonna hate to see him leave.
