It comes down to the end of the race at Homestead and it looks like it may get decided on fuel mileage. Light-foot Carl Edwards is going to try to peddle it to a finish on fumes. The other 3 contenders are well short on fuel. Does NASCAR throw a "debris" caution to prevent a guy winning the championship on fumes or let it play out?

I think they would let it play out. Personally, I usually like fuel mileage races.

I'm hoping Busch and Edwards wreck out early, Logano loses an engine halfway through, and Johnson wins the title with an unspectacular 17th place finish.

I think a fuel mileage race adds exactly the drama NASCAR wants. What would be more interesting would be if the 19 (or anyone else) had a sizable lead on the competitors. Then, I think would be a dangerous balloon on the track, or a loose banner.

That's kind of what I was getting at. Edwards stays on the track with a huge lead just barely going the minimum speed when the other 3 have pitted for gas, but are way behind.

I don't have any affinity for any of the final 4 characters. Therefore, I will go for the one I hate the least, the 19.

Logano cannot be allowed to win at any cost.

I really don't care how it shakes out..... But I do think there will be a late caution.... I wouldn't mind seeing J.J. win his 7th..... history in the making.... Carl winning his first in retaliation for coming so close with Tony.... or..... Logano winning it because I think that would really burn Matt's butt ...... Matt made his bed last year and Karma is finally coming back.... It usually takes a while.... but.... it's a bi@@h when it does...

also look for old rear wheel axel failure script option.
they also now have the new r/c engine blow via the ecu.
