What's On The Easter Menu?

Turkey Wings
Pork Chops
Rice and/or Mac n Cheese
Sautéed Kale
Corn Bread
And maaaaaaybe a Grapefruit Pound Cake if I'm not too tired

Oh you know...work! Though myself and the other manager decided we'd have a Easter lunch at work. Not sure what we'll get.

I did have a family dinner Saturday night with some relatives who came down from California. I had sausage, chicken and corn on the cob.

My son and his friend harvested a couple of dozen oysters yesterday. A few went down the gullet last night, hmmm tasty, but most ended up in a oyster stew my wife makes. Again tasty.
Steamers and lobsta's ordered and will be picked up in the morning.
Lobsters will be cooked on the grille.

But earlier I had ham, sausage, eggs and potatoes at my in laws and then chicken potato broccoli with my grandparents

I have created a monster, actually two of them. It took three of us to keep up with the demand of ''more clams pleez'' from them.
