Oh boy, this goes back a long way. When I was young and very innocent, I saw an ad in a magazine that promoted "X-ray glasses" that would allow the user to see through many things, but as a young man, my thoughts were of course on girls. Imagine what it would be like to be able to see under a girl's dress! So, I ordered a pair and waited for the arrival. Finally, they arrived and I couldn't wait to get them out and see what I could see. Man, what a let down. I bought a lot of education that day.

When I was 16 I bought a 67 Fastback Mustang with fancy sidepipes. That thing was so thrashed that I wound up putting $500 in it and a weeks worth of labor to get it in good enough shape to sell it for $600 less than what I paid.
