The title says it all, when will Ricky Stenhouse win a race? He should have already had one at Kansas but got screwed by the caution coming out in the middle of green flag stops. I say when he makes his return to Kansas this year, he wins. Thoughts?

I think he's doing fine for a rook.. Not to mention the Fords are having trouble finding speed. I'll be interested to see how he looks when he visits the tracks for the second time

Well, he needs to get a top 10 first, but it wouldn't surprise me to see the 17 in Victory Lane before the season is over.

Probably next year or the year after. he isn't pushing it IMO this year, learning the car and the tracks. I think the speed will come after more experience. he will get...correct that: he should get the rookie of the year, if they don't rig the thing.o_O

If he didn't have two Nationwide Series Championships for Rousch I'd say he needs to watch his back going into next year. Roush already has sponsor trouble, I am sure that 17 will be hurting more if Stenhouse doesn't pick it up.

I think he has talent, just getting accustomed to Cup. He'll be a solid driver before long.

yes someone mentioned it sponsor sponsor did I say sponsor. that car needs to run well to attract sponsorship and being that decisions on that kind of thing are being made NOW for next year its not looking so great. keep in mind the lack of funding on the 17 car is what lead kenseth to leave. the issues with sponsorship there are real.

He's a good young driver who might be able to get a top ten this year , but I really think a top ten is a longshot. A win in the next two years likely.

can't help myself... I hope he stays with rousch too long and never gets a win or a second chance.
me too, don't care for Jack. he thought he was going to just take over Winston cup in 88 and show the redneck boys what racing was about.

Maybe if Stenhouse gets over his crush on Danica , he'll quit running in the back of the pack with her.

Too hard to predict that first win and when it will come but I have little doubt that he'll be a name to remember years from now. He'll eventually get this all figured out and be on top of his game soon. I think he's too good to stay down for long.

I've been waiting for Ricky to make it to cup. He's a HUGE talent that rivals all the hype surrounding that other kid. He'll win lots of races and start winning championships when he leaves Roush. Expect JGR and Penske to make HUGE bids for Ricky when he starts winning. IMO, he has multiple championship talent and is hampered by losing his NW cc to none other than cash register Carl. No wonder Matt packed his bags before Jack even knew what was happening.

I wonder if Biffle will ever leave. I hate Biffle and think he is overrated by his terrible fans (although he usually is good for a win or two a year), but considering what Mark Martin did at Hendrick in '09 and what Kenseth is doing this year at JGR, maybe Biffle will see the writing on the wall and take off. He did an interview at Daytona or somewhere at the beginning of the year saying he was proud he was the "elder statesman" at Roush now as the senior driver. If he really has that mentality, maybe he'll be there for his whole career.

I think Ricky would win on a mile and a half...I'm gonna say Texas spring 2014.

A couple of years ago Jack did an interview and said he promised Greg he will have a cup ride with Roush for as long as he wants. I guess 3M really likes the deal. Greg is OK because he isn't afraid to speak his mind when asked a tough question, and he sure can drive sideways.
