Where is the fine?

Ol' Jr. said "I guess we will be making chicken salad out of chicken ****" during happy hour. It was a taped program on FX and I am curious on a couple of fronts.

Why did they not edit it out?

Is Jr going to get fined?

I remember Knauss getting a fine for dropping the f bomb on live televsion, what four letter word did Mike Wallace used when he was fined?

My guess is that since it wasn't aimed at anybody but him & his own team....it won't get the big fines. In some places "****" isn't considered bad. FX obviously didn't think it was horrible, if they didn't edit it out.

You can hear the S word in just about any movie you watch. Now the F word is differant that will cause you to get a ( R ) rating.

That is true Gollum...there is a subtle difference in different profanic terms. Carnal verbs are generally considered much worse than pretty much anything else. I personally don't expect any fines to be leveled here. I'm not saying there should or shouldn't be, but there won't be.

I don't think that swearing is in violation of Section 12-4-A in the NASCAR Winston Cup rule book "actions detrimental to stock car racing" because it would conflict section 3-8-E "Anything an Earnhardt says or does is okay"
