The Big Chicken is safe for now!

It was proposed that the famous BIG CHICKEN be moved or torn down.

I will introduce a proposal to the Marietta city council to declare the BIG CHICKEN as a State Monument! B)

Guido knows the Big Chicken, so he will understand :D

I'm glad that the big chicken is still a alive and kickin'. :D

If they ever do decided to tear it down, they should auction it off to someone that will give it a good home.
 
Has anyone else heard the rumor that they're changing their name to:

Kitchen Fried Chicken???

I heard that from a friend...but somehow doubt it...

Actually, they're pushing it as Kitchen Fresh Chicken. Fried equals evil, doncha know... :rolleyes:

Thank goodness they came out with THAT promo, I was starting to eat healthy! Phew!
 
The Kentucky Fried Chicken's around here where I live don't even have "fried" on the signs anymore, they just say KFC.

It's Corbin, Lappy and I stopped their Sunday for fuel.

No...not at the KFC....at the truck stop. :D

I've stayed in Corbin a few times while passing thru the area.

The closest I've been to Murray is Paducah when traveling on I-24.
 
Good, that chicken is cool.. why would they change the name? well everyone around here knows it as KFC anyway so the name change would affect things much here.
