Here are some error codes used by frustrated tech support people:

ID-ten-T error: write it down, ID10T. The user called tech support when there wasn't really anything wrong

PEBCAK: Problem Exists Between Chair And Keyboard. Used when "pilot error" is the cause of the crash, especially stupid errors that even a novice could figure out.

PBDC: Problem between desk and chair. Same as PEBCAK.

Pilot Error: The user misconfigured or misused software resulting in bug-like results.

UBD: User Brain Damage. The error occured due to the utter cluelessness on the user's part.
