What the heck is that white spot in the middle of 3 and 4. I saw it during the bucsh race and thought it might be some speedy dry, but now I have no Ideal what it is.
i have no idea what it is. 
DW said yesterday that the asphalt used at Vegas has a polymer in it that reacts badly with gasoline. That was where Jamie and Mike crashed during practice Friday night.
It could have been a patch to keep the asphalt from tearing up.

Thats what i was thinking it was TRL!
I don't think it was coming up bc cars drove over it every lap. I just think for some reason it was discolored

Vegas like Rockingham have driving schools at them. The white spots around the track show the students the correct line around the track.Therodically if you stradle the spots you are taking the correct line thru the corners.
