Did you click to see who had been voted for before you cast your vote? If so, you cast a vote for "null" (aka nobody).

I voted for who I thought would win, not who I want to win.

Jeff's gonna be tough to beat this year.

Im going with Mark Martin. You can debate that he was "screwed" out of the championship before, and maybe he felt that in 02(?) was his final chance, but maybe this year is his final final chance. He looks determined to win it.
 
I voted for Jimmie, even though I want jeff to win. I just have a feeling jeff will have some bad luck, to much to recover from. I dont see mark martin winning the championship, that team is different then it was in years past, and I dont see it changing that drastically in this little bit of time. Jr will probally finish in second just close enough for his fans to say what if.
 
For the record, my heart says Sadler, but Martin, Busch or Mayfield would be dandy with me.

In fact, I think it would serve NASCAR right for Mayfield, Busch or Sadler to win it under their precious new system. If y'all think Kenseth suffered from lack of exposure after winning it last year, just think what any of those guys would get from the boys in the suits. :XXROFL:
 
Even with the points brought back together with 10 races to go for these guys, I still think you can count many of them out. There was a reason alot of these guys were so far behind the top 2-3 spots, and it wasnt bad luck. If someone outside the top 5 in points wins the cup Ill buy a ticket a talladega, and wear nothing but dale jr gear.

Also for those of you that dont know, even though Im using a dale jr avatar IM NOT A FAN. :p B)
 
well i voted for mark. i think its going to be really tough. his team just seems to have so much momentum headed into the chase. i dont care who wins as long as its not jeff, jimmie, or buschy.
 
For the record, I voted for Matt Kenseth.

The #17 has barely tested this year and has saved most of it's test for the final 10 races. Compare that to the #38 who has only 2 test remaining.

See, this here's another one of those Lil'E conspiracies. Whoever devised this poll must have some script that automatically counts his votes for another driver cause he should at least have gotten 1 vote by now. Really, the way some of this crowd is I would have expected him to be in the lead.
I voted for JJ but really I could see Matt winning with his consistent self. Never really up front just good top 10 finishes week after week. If that boy could qualify better who knows what the results might have been. It has to be hard starting 25+ week after week and finishing 5-8 most of them.
 
Well I voted for Jimmy Johnson.
but I really hope Martin wins it. I think he will retire soon and would like for him to retire with a championianship.

I voted Jr because I think he will do it!! :cheers: Ain't hedging any bets with, "But I think _________ will win"!! :) My feelings won't be hurt if he doesn't win, but I sure would like to see Smack at Dega wearing all that red and a I just might lend him my Budweiser No. 8 hat to take with him!! :D :D But, pictures would be a must!! :XXROFL:

I'm sticking with the #24 team.That #97 team is showing the most consistency thus far with a Top 6 in each of the 5 "chase" races. ^_^
 
After last weekends race it sure shows why Jeff is a 4 time Champion.
I'm going with Jeff, I just don't think he can be beat this year. :D
 
Well it's been over a month for everyone to vote. What we need is a new poll since we are half done to see if the results are the same of if folksies have changed their minds.
