At the Sahara Hotel there is a HUGE sign to advertize it's CyberSpeedway stuff......there are three cars going thru turn 4 at Las Vegas on it.
The running order of those three cars may give us a clue.
DE on the inside leading DJ on the high side with JG's front bumper just barely in between them.
With that said, I submit that this sign on the front of a multi-billion dollar casino in downtown Las Vegas holds the answer to the riddle.
I still kinda think it's Alan, but money talks and.....well, you know.
