Who is the most disliked driver in NASCAR according to racing-forums.com?

How does everyone one here really feel? Sure Kurt Busch was named on of the top-10 most disliked athletes in sports but I'm guessing that's not the case here on racing-forums.com. From the list of NASCAR drivers that seem to garner the most attention on this board, who's your vote for the most disliked driver in NASCAR? Feel free to explain why.
 
I went with Kyle. It has nothing to do with his driving abilities, that's for sure. For me, when he came into the Cup ranks, he already had one strike against him being Kurt's brother. As unfair as that may be, that was my position on him. He did very little to change my mind over much of the beginning of his Cup career. His arrogant attitude along with his lack of respect are what turned me off to him. That seems to run in that family though. I'll always respect his driving abilities but I don't know that I'll ever like the guy.
 
I don't dislike any of them.They all make up part of the sport and we seem to see different sides of their personalities week to week.Far as I'm concerned they are the colorful part of the sport...cept JJ of course.
 
In my opinion Jimmie J. In comparison of accomplishmentstand respect, he is the most underated driver ever.

And he is hated for unseating Gordon who was supposed to dominate the last decade.


Almost every time I hear a "but Chad" I interpret it as simply whining or a coping device for those who can't accept reality.'
 
Jeff Gordon, that's just how I was raised.

Before anyone gets started, we hated Dale Sr. too. (RIP :()

Still respect both of them for begin some of the greatest drivers to grace the track though!
 
KuBu for several reasons but first and foremost to me for what he did to his wife. The way he treats people around him speaks highly for what type of a person he is.
 
There's way too many incidents and examples of his crappy attitude to list, so I'll just say that Kyle Busch is an ass.
 
This is a good thread, but I can't truely say that I dislike any of the drivers, I may have my least favorite, but I can't really say that I dislike them. They all have their own personalities and different ways of dealing with their highly publicized lifestyles. But I also havn't watched these drivers as much as a lot of the members on here, and I may not have seen what you have seen. But I do know that there is usually more to the stories then meets the eye.
 
How about the Jimmy Spencer Award for most colorful driver ? Same list ? Anyone that you would add?
 
My personal most disliked drivers are Carl "Eddie Haskell" Edwards and Robby Gordon.

As far as the board goes I really don't know. Danica seems to be the latest victim. Of course Kyle and Kurt are easy targets. To be honest, I really don't care who the board dislikes. It just gets tiresome hearing the same people saying the same things about the same driver(s) over andy over andy over again.

My "dislike" is more of "I will not root for them".
 
My vote goes for JPM. His holier-than-thou attitude chaps my hide. In his eyes, he's never done anything wrong on or off the racetrack.
 
What the heck is JJ on the list for anyway ? All he ever did was win. Far as I know , he has never hit a reporter or his wife .Never even kicked his dog . Never heard him swear in front of the cameras and never really seen him wreck anybody .

Your so polite! I dislike them because they remind me of a couple spoiled ass toddlers, I could'nt split my vote however so I went with Kurt. He's the elder and has been in NASCAR longer so he should have learned by now.

I really admire the passion that nascar fans have about their drivers. I think that is one of the reasons Nascar is so strong in this tough economy.:)
 
Juan is fast moving up the list, right now the shruberies are 1 & 2
 
Can't say that I don't like any of them but there are a few that make me want to jump up and say "YEAH" when they fall out of a race.

Same reason Jeff Gordon is on there.

But oddly enough there is not a single Ford driver on the list.

Sometimes that's enough. People disliked Gordon for that same reason years ago.

Only because I ran out of options. I couldn't care less what brand vehicle they run so don't read too much into a Ford missing from the list.

None. I'm trying to give Kurt and Kyle a second chance. Hopefully they have changed their act -- too much talent there in both drivers.
 
It looks like Kyle could win this one by a land slide.

Some of the rednecks still hate on him. They even say stuff about his rainbow car and all that. It's very original.

But overall, people have come to respect him quite a bit. And I think they like that he beat Kyle and Jimmie heads up for a couple of wins last year.

IMO, Jeff has always been a hell of a driver and a positive influence on the popularity of the sport (even when he was beating the hell out of my drivers in the 90's).

I used to be a big Gordon hater but he's grown on me the past couple years.

Yeah, Pee Wee is an arrogant ass, Dumbo is as Dumbo does, Juan Problemo is a Problem, Jeff Gordon's Gay, Jimmie Johnson too, Joonyer is a Media Whore, Smoke is Champ, Bad Brad drives a Dodge and Miss Thang is a Girrl - but based upon his holier-than-thou, self-centered, bratty, disrespecting attitude, while smugly smiling for the camera, I voted for Happy.

I would have voted for Eddie Haskell in a heartbeat, though...

She doesn't yet have enough NA$$CAR history to be truly disliked.
Many are disturbed or intimidated (HI ANDY! :waver: ) by her femininity
but until she wrecks Joonyer, she won't be hated.
