Will you quit whining. You didn't hear me whining about the heat when I was there this summer, did you? Geez, with all this global warming panic you should be glad to see some cold.

It was 80 here in NC yesterday. I woke up this morning at it was 45. I heard the Sat. the low is going to be 25.

:D Y'all I should have typed the word BELOW instead of using the minus sign. My bad.

Prof, I seriously doubt that you had to suffer as most places are air conditioned. We don'y have to build Igloos in winter either! :D :beerbang:

My tent trailer wasn't (but it damn well will be before I head that far south again). Neither was the top of Stone Montain ... or most of the park.

Well dang, next time you should visit us in May :) I have visited Canada when it was dang HOT and also during ski season. That was back when I lived in New England. When you are accoustomed to the weather in any part of the world, it's just another day. :)

I think that the most hot and humid I have EVER experienced was in Houston and Galveston in the early '90s.

It nearly was May. It was for the OTC annual BBQ. But during the May dates, my kid was still in school. Most people opted for the later dates. Granted, if I'd gone earlier, I wouldn't have had my first america Fourth of July there.
