Who do yall think will drive the 15 car next year?

Ive heard rumours of maybe Kenseth or Harvick, i doubt Kenseth would leave with the way hes runnin at the end this year and Harvick i have no idea. What do yall think?
 
Why would Kenseth leave a top ride for a team that is in the pits?

Possibly Harvick, I don't believe he will have many options.

Sponsors are hard to come by these days, big bucks ones anyway. NAPA goes,
they may park the car. If not, Kevin would be a good fit.

I just noticed your signature. I sometimes wonder how good Davey could have been. I was at the Winston when he won it. He really dominated the race.

I agree with you but think there is a good chance they may stay.

Mikey will "eventually" wind up with Toyota. Rumor has it that he received a $10 M check to assure his eventual availibility (I think it is a pretty valid rumor). :)

Kevin's probably gonna wind up in the 42.
I don't think DEI will exist in a few years. All they're doing is spending money.
 
Ryan Moore and Paul Menard are sharing the #15. Its already been taken care of.
 
I'll drive the #15 if NAPA stays and I can get discounts. :p

Perfect. I am a Menard fan. Now Moore, not sure about him...from the Northeast?
So the 11 car will be driven by who??? Where did you find that info on the 15?
 
#11 Car - Yeley, T. Labonte and Denny Hamlin

I think they will (should) audition these two guys all next year. Overall, I like Hamlin better, he seems to have a better head on his shoulders.
 
i hope RCR and DEI team up...they both need some serious help, hopefully this will help both programs.

I believe Richie Gilmore made that statement. Ryan Moore raced the 81 car at louden in the Busch race. Was running real good till Fedewa made his career mistake. They already garanteed Paul at least 7 races in cup and he will still race in the 11 Menards car. Its easy to assume that Ryan Moore will be driving the #8 Busch car.

I am not a DEI fan, however Gilmore has destroyed the dream of Earnhardt Sr., and Teresa is just as guilty for not stopping it. This may be a last ditch effort to control the Earnhardt racing name on the track, as Dale Jr. is doing little to hide his distaste for DEI as of late. I think Gilmore and Teresa can see the writing on the wall; if they don't do something one of two things is certainly going to happen. DEI will fold, destroying a championship team, and dream, or Dale Jr. will be competing DEI behind the wheel of the fan-loved, RCR owned, number 3. The RCR merger will be all for face value at first, and hopefully soon Richard Childress himself will step in and remove Gilmore as soon as he takes the reins in 2007.

Hmmmm I made personal opinions of things I saw and read going on at DEI and predicted they were in trouble a month or so ago and almost got roasted for it. :)

I think Teresa is burnt out this was not her dream, atleast not without Dale.
I think she is struggling to keep something alive that was Dale's dream, but don't have the heart for the sport that took Dale from her. You hardly ever hear from her or see her at the races. As long as someone that has nothing to lose but everything to gain manages a business it will always struggle. JMHO
 
I agree. By the way, what are her qualifications other than being Mrs. #3? Does she really know what she's doing? I'm not slamming her at all, I just really don't know.

well.....a lot of people say she was responsible for a lot of Dale Sr's business dealings, she's the one that had the idea of copyrighting the 3 and has been a major player in just about everything that Sr did.

She is and was the business end of it all.....brilliant business woman. Am not sure how much she really knows about the day to day operations of a team. When DEI and RCR team up, think things will slowly turn around. Got my fingers crossed anyway.

Based upon what record? What did she do before hooking up with Dale? Anybody can make money off of a great name and some have done so shamlessly.

she was very young when they met.....so she didnt have time to make a record...she is one of the people responsible for the souvierer sells that you see in Nascar today....DE was one of the first ones to do that...it was her idea to that.

she managed a great deal of DEs businesses before he died...she had a huge say in what went on at DEI before Sr's death.

Yes, anyone can make money off a great name, Theresa isn't one of them though. I believe she lost a lot of the passion she had when Dale died. I believe she struggles to do as she thinks Dale would have wanted done. I, also, believe she has ideas of her own that perhaps others don't share, maybe that's why there is so much tension within the organization.......I believe Theresa is a good woman, struggling to carry on with Dale's wishes. You got to remember..the young guns of today think a lot differently, therefore, at times, causing waves. What did she do before Dale?? Does it really matter???
