Rain this morning has delayed practice sessions for both the CTS and NBS teams. Truck practice was delayed by around half an hour, and ended a short time ago. NBS practice should be underway now.

CTS qualifying is scheduled for 2:00 ET with NBS qualifying following, not sure if those times will be pushed back or not.

Top ten in CTS practice just before the session ended:

1) #59, Robert Pressley 121.169 mph
2) #52, Ken Schrader 121.076
3) #2, Jimmy Spencer 120.995
4) #50, Jon Wood 120.800
5) #1, Ted Musgrave 120.757
6) #88 Matt Crafton 120.665
7) #62 Brendan Gaughan 120.579
8) #16 Travis Kvapil 120.283
9) #07 Jody Lavender 120.166
10) #14 Rick Crawford 120.144

Is Smoke running in the CTS race? I would have figured he would be in the top 10 speeds. Just curious.

It was my understanding that he would be running the CTS this weekend. I haven't seen the lineup for qualifying yet, so I don't actually know. Thanks for the info. HS.

Yes he is running the CTS this weekend in the Diamond Rio truck, I believe.

Tony is entered, I have not yet seen the entire field practice rundown so I don't know where he is/was on the charts.

There were some 15 minutes or so of practice left when this was posted. So..........he might have jumped up the charts, he might have been working on race setup more than qualifying, he might have been off on setup, or he might have missed the session.

I'll check back in a bit to see if the rest of the list is up.

Okay DeeDee. Quit it while you're ahead. Diamond Reo went out of business too many years ago for these "kids" to remember. Betcher bottom dollar most have never even heard of a Diamond Reo.

Of course, it was Diamond T and Reo before it was Diamond Reo, but what the hey.

Hey, I never meant to imply you were in the same age group as me, BUT,
I suppose the next thing I know you'll be telling me Diamond Reo isn't a truck but a rock band or something silly like that. Nice try DeeDee. :D

Hey, Whizzer, Diamond Rio is a band (Country and Western) just like the sponsor of the Chance2 car that Stewie drove with Three Doors Down.

Whiz, you are just full of humor these days! ;)

As you can see Whizzer, I was typing as you were posting your post. lol And as DeeDee said, you are on a roll this week, my friend! (check out what I added to the sig \/ !)

I think you are swell Majestyx

and I do appreciate the intent, HOWEVER, the darn tea-sipper logo has gotta go !!!!! At least if it can't go, an appropriate place is smaller and after or under the TEXAS AGGIE logo. After all, Texas A&M is in truth, reality and the minds of all good solid citizens of the Great State of Texas, the first (as in # 1) institution of higher education in that state. :D
