Don't worry about it boo, all quailfying will do for the drivers is allow them to pick a decent pit, other than that it will have no bearing on the race whatsoever.

with slow down speeds from the track to pit road, pit selection is critical.

I don't believe that qualifying order will prove to be an advantage or disadvantage at Dega. It's usually not a big deal down there so don't worry about it Booja. He might go out and set a time that nobody can touch even though he's going out second. It won't matter.

What BC said, plus the likeihood that cloud cover will hold the track temps steady for today and the qualifying order is not a big factor for this one.

Pit selection will be important with more stops, but findign the right dance partner will most important. Watch Happy Hour tomorrow ans see who is drafting with who. The story is in the air at the plate races.

Avoid the big one. May be one may not. We've seen both ways within the past two years. Could be early could be late, we've seen that too. Could be at the front, could be at the back, again been both ways.

No harder race exists to pick than a plate race, IMHO

So true HS. There are too many variables to make a difinite pick for this race.;)

I'm going to pull for my boy Michael Waltrip for the pole, I'd love to see him get one this season. He's been very close a couple of times, why not get it now?

Also, keep an eye on McMurray. He's got the right equipment under him, and he'll be under enormous pressure to perform. Let's see how surfer-boy can handle the pressure.

Mikey will get it but JB could be the sleeper, it will be the same way for the race.

Johnny Benson's season has got to pick up. He's no where close to his season before, and hopefully the turnaround will be this week for him.

RPM, You know if Mikey gets the pole something bad happening during the race is bound to happen. But I agree, McMurray got lucky and has the equipment for 7 races. If he can make the best out of it, he might not be as bad as everyone thinks the decision was to move him up.

Rookie McMurray starting 5th. Be careful out there! He's probably not going to have many friends out on the track, so I wish him the best of luck on Sunday.

I wish qualifying wouldn't have rained out. Oh well, Michael can still win from 15th! But Jr. is going to be starting ahead of him... You know what that means. Junior is going to say Michael is jeopardizing team DEI when Michael goes to pass him.

yall should watch out for Kyle hes been fast all weekend Maybe he can sneek away with a win
