Jamie McMurray has scored six straight top-10 finishes.
Jeff Gordon has scored three straight top-10 finishes.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. has scored four top-10 finishes in the last five races.
Kurt Busch has scored eight consecutive top-15 finishes.
Mark Martin has scored seven consecutive top-15 finishes.
Rusty Wallace has scored four straight top-15 finishes.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. has scored seven straight top-10 finishes at Talladega superspeedway, the longest streak among active drivers there.

Get ready for some restrictor plate mayhem this weekend.

2 plate wins in 2004:Jeff Gordon
1 plate win in 2004:Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Could be interesting, would only be better on a road course or short track though. :p

WITH A WIN, GORDON CAN ACHIEVE FEAT NOT ACCOMPLISHED SINCE 1990: Earlier
this year, Jeff Gordon achieved something he had never done in his 12-year
career by winning two restrictor-plate races in one season. This Sunday in
the EA Sports 500 at Talladega Superspeedway, he has a chance to
accomplish something only the late Dale Earnhardt was able to do – win
three restrictor-plate races during one season.

btw,Jeff Gordon has yet to capture a pole at the Alabama International Motor Speedway,I mean Talladega Superspeedway track either.

Jimmie needs a good finish if he's going to do anything this year.
Oh, and Robbie that #20 driver wants to kick your butt so take him out early. That will give him more incentive. :salute:
