Who's next on NASCAR's blacklist: Elliott Sadler?

In recent years, Elliott Sadler has threatened lawsuit, and as seen in Stewart Fan's thread, has filed one, against Richard Petty Motorsports.

Granted, I know Sadler is looking out for number one, and more power to him. But are ears now perking up in the NASCAR garage these days whenever the name Elliott Sadler is mentioned? Will his name now be synonymous with lawsuits? I hope not. I like the guy. Just let me play devil's advocate here and maybe spur some discussion. Maybe I'm making more of this than it is, but I just wanted your thoughts on this subject.
 
Elliott is now kinda in the Ron Hornaday type mode. Everybody knows who he is, but doesn't run cup (anymore). I don't think it will effect things too much.

we'll have to see if the lawsuit has merit and how it plays out. sometimes you have to sue to get what's owed to you. elliott certainly isn't the first driver, or owner, in nascar that has sued when money that was owed wasn't paid. frankly, i'd be more concerned about doing business, of any kind, with rpm than elliott.

My personal opinion of Richard Petty is that he is a SNAKE. I would not trust him. I also would'nt do business with a person who wears dark sunglasses 24/7....including indoors...RPM claims Sadler stole the Hunt Bros Pizza sponsorship and brought it with him to KHI...LOL...Welcome to the real world...this type of thing has been going on in NASCRAP for years. Remember when LOWES was with RCR....NAPA was with DEI...BUDWIESER was with HMS...The list is endless.....:cool:
