Who do you think? I will go with Jeffy poo Rusty and Kyle

WELL, If you go by who won the last race there it would be JOHNNY BENSON!!!

Kyle normaly does good at the ROck but has not the past couple of years!!! Bu ti think he will do great this year!!!!

What about DJ he runs well there and I can't wait for him to win Sunday! :D

Steve Park used to run good at the ROCK, I guess we'll wait and see now.

Traditionally, it's the guys who know enough to save their car...which rules Junior out immediately.

Rusty, Martin, Jeffie, and Jarrett come to mind, but I ain't checked no stats. Sterling won the spring race I think last season.

Gordon runs good there. And Matt and Johnny both ran good last year.Mark has won a couple of times there,I think.

And Petty fans, this track should be good to Kyle. :)

How is Ricky Craven the best current driver at the Rock? Let me count the ways...

1. Average finish of 7.75 in the last 4 races there.
2. Top-10s in more than half of his career races there.
3. Five career top-5s (more than 1/3 of his overall total), with a high of 3rd.
4. Last spring, he won the pole and led over 1/4 the race before slow pit work did him in.

Sooner or later, Ricky is going to break through and win a race at the Rock. Within the next couple of seasons, most likely.

Over the past 5 years DJ leads the pack.

All things being equal I'll say Craven hands down. Of course things are not equal, and the results in this case don't reflect just how good he is, but the guy is just dog nuts at the Rock.

Can you say dog nuts here?

Rusty

If ya look at average finish for this decade, meaning 2000 through 2002, these three years change the average just a bit.

I'm wondering if this time span is a better indicator of how the current drivers have been performing of late Than a five year average.

I read in this months NWCI that DJ has something like 10 top 10's in the past 12 races there & Bobby Labonte has finished 7th or better in the past 6 races.

Remember, even though Tony finished 14th in the fall race, he was way off and in danger of going a lap down many times (he may have even lost a lap at one point). So it will be interesting to see how he unloads.
