What station is it on?

Just found it on TNN.....thanks though.
that's SPIKE tv, a channel for men

I'll admit I paid once to see it, once and right then and there I said that movie was a bunch of crap

Yep it's just a movie. I am not watching it but I have it on DVD.

It's just a movie...sometimes fiction is more closer to the truth than reality is IMO.

The movie is based "loosy" on Tim Richmond.

the best nascar movie i have seen was a movie that was on FOX in the mid-late 90s

I always thought it was based on Jeff Gordon, you know, open-wheeler, those looks that would make someone want to punch him comes into NASCAR etc. :p

The crap in it maybe good for Hollywood, but as fans, I'd be questioning some of the stuff that was in that movie.

"he comes near me I'll put him in the wall, it's as simple as that" say that in the real NASCAR world you'll be in the big white elephant or the phone booth or whatever they are gonna call that ugly trailer.

No way this is about the Wonder Boy. It was shot & released a year before Jeff made his Winston Cup debut at Atlanta in '92.

Like I said, I only saw the movie a couple times a long time ago. But I think I remember at one point in the movie cole spins out with like 1 lap left ends up in the back of the pack and still ends up winning the race.

Tim raced Open Wheels before coming in to nascar also. but tim did it about 10 years be fore jeff

Of course the Harry Hogg character was based loosely off the legendary crew chief Harry Hyde. The owner of Cole's team, played by Randy Quaid (Cousin Eddie in the Vacation movies) is based on Rick Hendrick...a perfect fit IMO!

oh well theres no point in argueing over this some people here probally loved rambo and thought that was a great movie tottally realistic.

All I know they better NOT make the dale sr. movie like that, make it realistic

that made for TV movie in the 90s was called "Steel Chariots" It was a piolt movie and if it got good enought ratings they were going to make it a hour long drama tv series but I guess they did not get the numbers they were looking for and it did not become a series.
