Michael Waltrip has won the past 2 races at Daytona, if he wins the Pepsi 400 this year, he will have three-in-a-row at Daytona and he will have the Daytona 900 (Techinically he'll win the 672.5 if it keeps on green). Can Michael make history all in one race ?

Dale Earnhardt Jr. gets His 8th career win here,JMO!Michael Waltrip will be busy on blocking duties! ;)

Earnhardt Jr. already has 8 wins, his eighth win was at Talladega this year, this will be his 9th win if he gets one at Daytona.

Well, personally I hope Kurt Busch gets HIS 8th win here then. :)

Could Mikey win?Yeah...even a safe bet for a gambler. But do I think he will?Nope.Just not likely to happen. My money would be on Jeff Gordon.

Yup its mikeys turn! He is fifth in points and been runnign good al ear long! I think he will win it again and make it a 3peat at Daytona!

I don't think Mickey will win at Daytona again. For one FOX is not brodcasting the race and if you have noticed every race at Daytona that Waltrip won is when FOX was brodcasting the race. I think J. Gordon or Johnson is going to steal this win away from DEI.

Im undecided, he really always does well there, but 2 in a row is kind of hard to do.

Unless youre a DEI car right ?

An answer to the other thing about Mikey getting his wins on FOX, I can also say that NBC coverage has had better weather than normal. I dont see any correlation between Mikey and FOX at all except those three wins.

Nope, its junebugs turn. Junior always wins the Pepsi 400 on NBC, Its gonna be one of those 1-2 finishes for the 23(8+15) car.

Well, we cant forget Hendrick.... 1 + 8 + 15 = 24
However, we cant forget RCR 24+5 = 29
We sure as hell cannot forget DEI 24-15-1=8

We got lots of numbers to add up

Well If we are going to do it that way, then

we cant forget Spencer...

7+15=22

:D B) :p

You guys have way too much time on your hands! :p I agree that Daytona is the only track Mikey seems to be able to win at but I don't think he will do it this time around.

I voted someone else. Don't think Mikey will win and don't really belive Jr. will get it. I want to see Harvick win but I belive J. Gordon will take it. :(

Personally, I'm with Jr! But I wouldn't count out the 15 or the 29 either..
