Will NASCAR use the Rain Tires This Week?

I saw the forcast for this week for watkins Glen and its calling for showers & thunder storms so i was just wondering will nascar finally use the rain tires if its raining.

Don't mean to be redundant,but I also voted no.
It would be fun though to see Dale Jarrett & some others sliding all over the place,LOL,that would be a great race(hehehe)to record :lol: :lol:

I would love it if they would, as it would be a HUGE advantage for Robby Gordon, but sadly enough, Nascar wouldnt use them.

NASCAR might use them if the track is slightly damp, but if it's actually raining they won't race. It would be an interesting race to watch though.


The regulars would have their hands full with the wipers, being freaked out by braking lights, and trying to figure out how to stay out of the sand traps.
