Wish list for The Auto Club 500

As most know, Cutie and I are going to tomorrow's race at California Speedway. Though it's going to be the fifth race we have been to there, we both are still excited about going.....just like the first time. I have a wish list....

The temperature is less than the predicted 98.
I can find a Jimmy Spencer hat to buy (or, at least a Morgan McClure hat).
I can get me a ticket holder that does not say 24 on it.....something more along the lines of the number 8.
A bottle of Aqua Fina is not $6.00.
A bottle of Bud Light is sold (last year it was Miller, Coors, Corona, Heinikens or nothing).
The lines for the Brats is not too long.
Cutie gets her Kettle Corn (that woman loves that stuff ).
Some driver is hanging out at their souvenir trailer signing autographs (I'd even take Robby Gordon ).
My friends (actually one is my employer) have as much fun as Cutie and I will.
We can get in touch with Eagle1 and Dragonlady and have a water or beer together before the race.
And the crowd leaving the track after the race moves faster than it did a couple years ago (took almost 45 mins to get out of the gates!!).

Even if I don't get much on my wish list, we'll still have a ball!!

I heard that Robbie Gordon will be at his trailer signing in the morning and I want to find him too. Eagle1 looks like a half cook Christmas turkey, will finish cooking tommorrow.

I'll be looking for Robbies trailer when you get there.

Almost called you so you could tell Lappy that Schrader won, but was way to much noise, Cup cars were out for practice.

today was really fun, but a tad warm!!!!! Arms feel almost like I like my fillet Mignon! LOL

Got a mite windy too, so It will prolly be real windy tomorrow. It's like that in that area.

oh good.............hey it is a GORDON..not the right one, but what the heck.... :lol: be the way my luck runs..I will be in line and they will shut it down as I am next.....that happened 2 years ago....we were waiting in Michael Walrups line to get an autograph and S**T they shut the line down with ME...I was so pissed off.....(can I say pissed off?) he had to go to the drivers meeting, but I got to see him anyway..anyway we came around the trailer and there he was AGAIN getting in the little cart thingie and I smiled and he smiled back..hee hee hee....made my day..... :lol:

oh great eagle........you got half baked......I hope i don't bake at all....I'd rather stay un cooked thanks...... :lol: :lol:

i know at dega robby was singing for "fan club olny" so just hang around there for a little bit and you will get a autograph, (thats what i did. :lol: )

What's this?Jeff Gordon's line isn't short is it? :lol: Sounds like Ur getting quite a collection of #24 ticket holders there,rock on
I know Jr.'s line would be the longest,just don't know why?

A bad day at the race track beats a good day almost anywhere else
