Women need warning lights

I think women should come with warning light or something similar to cars so you know when they are going to change moods. Yesterday my wife was very supportive of my double-pneumonia. Being very helpful, really. Today she wakes up and BAM!!!!! Now she is sick of me being sick. What's up with that? :huh:
 
Hehe...that's woman for ya...they don't expect the hubby to be sick at all...otherwise you're just a plain ole baby...hehe.

Hope she realises that you're as human as the next guy...regardless of your gender...and males do get sick as well. ;)
 
Now wait one minute. I know plenty of men that are just as moody as us woman. And 4X, I feel for your wife cause if you are like most the men I know you are so helpless when you are sick it's pathetic. Yet us woman get sick and we still have to take care of everyone around us. Yeap one day of whining I am sick is all you get. :P ;)
 
I tried the "macho thing" wednesday when I went to work from 9am-9pm even thought I knew I was getting really sick. Apparently it wasn't a very good idea as it turned into double-pneumonia. What's a guy to do? Be tough and make it worse? Or face reality and be called whiny?

Sweetie..you poor sick thing...I feel for you, really I do. I just know most men take the whole "poor me I am sick" thing to the extremely, they become totally helpless.

Men are just babies when they are sick. SHOOT THEM and get another one at Walmart! ^_^

4x, I really feel for ya, but think of this. What do you do for your wife when she is sick? Do you let her be sick and do everything for her? Let this be a lesson. You are only allowed ONE sick day where the wife will wait on you hand and foot. The rest of your sick time is all up to you to do and get things for yourself. Sorry to say, but that is the sad, sad truth! ;)

Get better in a hurry! :wub:

I feel for ya 4X, but Maj is right! Men don't know how to handle when the wife is sick. My hubby (who usually is very nice) is the same way. I had an absessed tooth and was throwing up everytime I moved. He left me at home went to work and proceeded to forget about me for the next 5 hours. He works right next to the house, would it have killed him to check on me :angry: Oh, by the way, I had my children to watch too---6 and 3! He then walks into the door hands me a can of chicken noodle soup and says see ya later gotta go back to work! Talk about a miserable day, one more tidbit for ya, he's the boss, so he could have come over a few more times. The kids helped me more than him. I have no maternal instincts for the man in my life when he's sick :ph34r:
