You cannot get a worm from a website, you get worms from being on someone's mass email list. Worms are spread through email, not a website.

The best way to defend against this is to block email that has dozens of recipients on it.

So again, be very careful about who has your email address.

Use your filters on your e-mail if you have them, Earthlink offers some really good ones included in their 2003 program ...i use these and never get unwanted e-mail,it automatically gets filtered out and trashed.
