Worst Cup Team?

There are some really crappy Cup teams in NASCAR but which one do you think is the worst? Has to be FAS Lane for me -- they may not S+P but they always seem to get the lowest non S+P non mechanical failure spot. And their drivers really suck.

Phil Parsons is a piece of crap. I remember he used to try to hide that he owned the team (then called MSRP Racing or something). In 2008 or 2009, Car & Driver magazine did a piece on all the start & parks in NASCAR and how the bad economy had given rise to start & parks, and Phil Parsons was a dick to them and refused to even acknowledge he owned the team.
