Last year, the Mrs and I spent a week at this place. What I wouldn't give to be there now. BTW, all food and drinks are included, all you want!:)

Gollum, this pic was taken at Captain Morgan's at the resort of Barcela Maya just south of Playa del Carmen, a city about 60 miles south of Cancun. The beach is about 50 yards to the right of the pool bar. BTW, the other side of the bar is for walk up service, so you don't have to be in the pool to be served.

Kat, funny you should mention a cruise. We are thinking of booking one for sometime early February. Maybe just a three or four day cruise to the Bahamas or somewhere close. We'd love to take my folks, but mom just doesn't like to travel much any more.

I like it...........I can't swim........so i would be hanging onto the side of the bar in the water or staying on dry land.........:D :D
 
Cutie, you don't need to swim at this place. There's plenty to do even at the beach. BTW, there were plenty of topless ladies there, mostly from Europe. Didn't matter the age either. I saw one lady who was obviously over the age of 60 and she was topless. Here's another photo of the place.

This is a public/private beach. The resort owns about two miles of beach here. Smack, the topless ladies are all over the place. I've got plenty of pictures of them, but I won't post them here. Here's a cute story about topless girls. We were just lying there at the beach, taking in the sun and surf and two cute, obviously American girls walked by. They were wearing very small bikinis. About an hour later, they walked back by with what we believed to be their boyfriends. When they were right in front of us, one of the girls leaned over and said something to her boyfriend. The other two continued on their way but this girl then reached back and released her bra. Then she posed for her boyfriend who took a couple of pictures of her, then she put the top back on and they walked away. We laughed and wondered why she didn't keep the top off.
 
CB, please don't book a cruise 'till they GUARANTEE no:bleh: illness and sanitize all the ships! 14 cruise ships are now sick ships,
 
I knew there were a couple, but didn't realize there were 14. We'll have to look into that for sure. Thanks for the headsup.
 
I would love to be at one of those places!!!! It is suppose to snow upto 4 inches tonight!!!!!
 
I would love to go back to Clearwater, Fl....I love it there....so beautiful
