I'm now on AOL Broadband. This is a whole lot faster already. I am going to have way too much fun playing with this to see what it will do. :)
 
You can do everything you used to do, only FASTER!!:D

I'm wanting to try downloading some music. I got a new CD Burner but it just took way too long to download with dial-up AOL.
 
oh good............go do it and let us know your reaction...you will be pleasently surprised how fast it downloads music........:D
WE LOVE IT........we'd never go back to dial up.......NEVER.......:D
 
I just downloaded my first song. This is really cool. It took me forever to figure out to save a song file to my computer, but I did it. Downloading was over in less than a minute. That was way cool.
 
That stings...If only I could dowload a song in under a minute. With my dial up (yeah I know your all jealous) it takes nearly 15 minutes.
 
Cable is cool. The rommate has cable. I download all my music on his puter. Although he has had problems with it a few times, bad weather. Don't know if its coincidence or not. Just remember when you download, it also depends on the person your downloading from.Some songs take me 30 seconds, sometimes it takes a few minutes :)

I discovered that today too. I downloaded 20 or so songs from a Christmas CD I have been wanting. It took me over an hour to download all 20 songs, but less than 6 minutes to burn the 17 that would fit onto a CD.
 
Yup that sounds about right :) But the hour isn't so bad considering dial up. It would take a day to get those 20 songs :(
