I guess if you don't believe that there is a true evil force in the world, here is your sign. Probably the fact is that people were around that chose to ignore the evil rather than to get involved and fight it.

Or like the Vikings, slit there belly's open pull out their intestines and use them to strangle them with, I'll be glad to help.
 
There is also the Native American treatment -- slightly slit the belly just above the "hair line", fish out the innards, tie the end to a pole and force the victim to walk around the pole until everything is pulled out.

There's an investigation now as to why there was no follow up to the many complaints.
Somebody dropped the ball a few times and now a child is dead. I don't understand the torture. At least his suffering is over. Who knows what he endured.

Exactly, BobbyFord --- somebody screwed up, big time.
 
The kid even told his teacher about the abuse and beatings. The teacher alerted the Sheriffs Dept. Deputys went to the house but reported seeing no signs of child abuse. The teacher said she saw holes in the kid's face, he told her he was shot in the face with a BB gun.
