Yes sir, definitely with all of the heavy lifting I've done at work, home, gym. Also, all the running I do, I try to take care of my body the best I can. The thing is, father time is undefeated for a reason and aches/pains will come more often with time.

Was at the race. Pretty good action on the restarts, lot of cautions. Downside was watching the 18 just run away with it took all the drama out of it. No point to the chase format if you just bring in cup regulars who dominate.
