DOVER, Del. - Mark Martin led a Toyota charge in Friday's first Sprint Cup Series practice session at Dover International Speedway.

Martin turned a lap of 159.200 mph around the one-mile concrete tracks in his Michael Waltrip Racing entry.

Toyota swept the first four spots in the session with Denny Hamlin, Martin Truex Jr. and Kyle Busch following Martin. Greg Biffle in a Ford rounded out the first five.

Ryan Newman, Marcos Ambrose, Kasey Kahne, Paul Menard and Kevin Harvick completed the top 10.

Sprint Cup Series teams will get one more practice session later Friday with qualifying set Saturday afternoon.

Last week I picking on Tuesday and switched my bench after final practice. I'm sticking with that formula this week. It would really suck for you if you change too much and blow what's left of that huge lead you had. :)

I know you're just fishing for pointers but it's not happening. Not today anyway. Maybe I'll PM you a few for the next part of the season. I kinda feel bad that you were on top of the board like you were for so long, only to choke in the end. What do they say though..... You have to lose one before you win one.

I'll probably hold off until tomorrow but my picks are pretty much set between the bench and active drivers. Good luck to ya!

I think I got about 310 points including qualifying his week.

Your picks were so good, there was nothing I could do to better them, even with some extra lap bonus points from MM. I left Aric out because I only have 3 left, but I didn't think he would run as well as he did. He's turning into a far better driver than I ever imagined he would.

I had him for qualifying butt benched for the race to save him for the mile an halfs, Kenseth pulled me a 3rd place finish anyhow.

All 8 drivers on your roster are included for qualifying whether they're on the bench or not.
