Well let's say we take the statement at face value. If the heat kept those seats from selling then they need to at the very least move the race to a date that would be cooler because next year it will be just as hot. Move the race to a locale that the indigineous population don't mind coming out in the heat to support the race. A place, like, oh just to pull one out of the air, how about Darlington...
