Cup RACE thread --- Kentucky

Best decision Bob Jenkins and company made in hiring Cassill and Buescher for Front Row.

Both drivers have been very fast for the small team this season.

Lack of downforce and one lane does not mix well.

I think that is the key to what we are seeing. Given the repave, this is not the time and place to test a low-low downforce package and draw broad conclusions.

It's tempting to say that there is something off with the package and throw it out. But with a fresh surface, we're either going to get a one-lane train snoozer, or action created via "too loose" race cars that the drivers can't hold on to. Side-by-side racing wasn't going to happen regardless.

Generally I'd always rather watch when the cars are harder to drive, within reason.

I'm finally live.. Man talk about a beat down for C-list fantasy drivers.

"Track position will be king." How many drivers and team members sung this song all weekend? They were either wrong or playing.

Letarte is an idiot...the 78 only has one caution lap more of fuel than a few other front runners ...if he's running .4 second quicker laps for 67 laps, yes he can run out while others make it...
