Hello! I Finally got my Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 wheel to work with the game on my xbox, can anyone share or suggest settings for it? The game has very basic/simple settings, not as detailed as in Forza, I have tried some changes but still get a lot of understeer when doing online racing... Any help, hints, tips will be welcomed! Thanks!

Hi. There's a connector on the wheel end of the cable and it was loose, looks kind of PS/2 type of plug. That's why I wasn't receiving any signal and response. After securing that connection, I spent countless hours trying different setups for the wheel. Assumming that your wheel has worked with other games before, recheck all your cabling and connections.

Hey thanks . My issue is that with the Thrustmaster connected to Xbox the power button on the wheel starts up the Xbox . But once the game loads I can't start the game at all . Tried every button on the wheel . It's like the game doesn't acknowledge the steering wheel .

The Steering wheel works great with Forza . But doesn't work with NASCAR Heat Evolution

The same happened to me, disconnected everything, rechecked the cabling, reconnected and it worked...specially that connector along the wheel cable

One other question : Did you have to go into the game and set up ( calibrate ) the steering wheel before it would work ? I had to do that years ago with Nascar 1999 on my PC
Thanks for the help !

Not really, once I got it working, I only had to fine tune it to my liking...

I will tell you the only way that worked, tried every other trick. Hard reboot and all that crap. All I had to do was update the system, and the nascar evolution game . I had the steering wheel plugged in during the updates. That way if there are any updates for the wheel it will automatically update. After that got to menu screen on evolution prayed......Hit the a button and worked like a champ!!!

I use the two blink led on the wheel. Then steering sensitivity at 3/4 full. Throttle 3/4 empty as well as brake 3/4 empty..also use simulation with the wheel, it handles better and you can adjust every inch of the car which can improve your understeer.

The gameplay is great, way better with the wheel. A little harder but who wants to win easy
