Nice car, but NOT a 79'. It's a G body Olds (78-87), but the 78-80 G bodies had a downward sloping trunk and were never used in professional racing anywhere to my knowledge. This car is an 81' or newer. There is another Marcis car on the vintage racing circuit, an 83' Olds, ex-Foyt car that Marcis bought. The car was later disemboweled and turned into a salad bar in Michigan. Some guys bought the car out of the restaurant, welded it back together and run it . Really nice guys.
