'm using a new to me Dell laptop while I'm undergoing PT. The built in speaker is hard to hear. I see USB powered speakers on Amazon. Are they any better than the built speaker as far as volume?
If I have too I could use speakers that rely on ac power like those used with my desk top but being in a hospital room space on my bedside table is limited
Suggestions? I

Get a bluetooth speaker. You can get a fairly decent one for, ****, $30. I actually have one in my truck, since my radio doesn't work, and it's quite loud.

This can also be used as a redneck joke too:lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2:

Just messin with ye Andy.

We have converted to logitech USB speakers in my school district. They do well for what they are.

Best overall might be ear buds or headphones. They give excellent sound, make listening easy and do not disturb others. I use them in the living room while my Bride watches television.

It's actually a camouflage speaker :p Only one they had left when I bought it.

Most people around here who know me were shocked when they saw me driving a pickup truck. One of them said "I thought you drove a Prius."

I replied, "What, just because I'm a Democrat means I drive a Prius?"

For my laptop I use a headset. Sound can't be beat. Minimal volume required. If I need speakers, I have a two sets of rechargeable Monster Blue Tooth Water Resistant Speakers. Work awesome in or outside of the house with any bluetooth source.
