A good read from Jeff Gluck

Good stuff. My wife, kids and I were in the stands for the Richmond race. I think if my wife had the chance that night, she'd have kicked Kyle's a$$. I'd have held her watch.

I was in turn three. I never seen so many middle fingers simultaneously raise their middle fingers in the air. Learned all sorts of new possibilities when it came to mixing some "French" into the English language vocabulary.

I wanted Jr to win so bad, I remember throwing the remote. I also remember thinking "They're going to have to sneak Kyle out of there." Dont think it was a cheap shot, just hard racing.

I understand disliking a driver, but death threats?

It wasn never that serious.

I was at the race - and a bit of a Kyle fan. I was sitting on the front-stretch with a bunch of Dale fans (none of which I knew). After the wreck, they were glaring at me, and I said "Aww, come on - that was just a racin' deal!" I was cursed at.

I still think it was just a racin' deal.

I remember that incident (I was cheering for Jr in that race) and I also thought it was racing deal.

I thought the article was a pretty good perspective on a conflict between two drivers. I imagine there are many stories like that. One thing I noticed was that they talked to each other to get past it.

Richmond Spring Race, 2008: The day millions of people came down with a case of Busch Derangement Syndrome. Sadly, many have never recovered. :(

I could post dozens if not more, of real Kyle Busch melt downs, that absolutely expose what kind of jerk he can be.
I expect that you would call that a derangement as well, in spite of the reality of actual events.

I am not going to unahole an ahole to gain your accreditation.

numerous YouTube videos recordings, some of them over an hour long worth. Long before the Jr deal. The guy's a narcissist, Toyota is desperate for a driver so they put up with it IMO. He's great entertainment though and his fans are too.

I was thinking about this thread tonight as I ate my toast.

1st, Kyle gets on my nerves when he loses his cool.

2nd, Kyle gets on my nerves when he constantly wins races.

3rd, I love when he surprises his fans outside the racetrack. He seems to love doing it. He doesn't have to do it but he does.

3 evens out 1 and 2, in my book. He loves his fans and that says it all to me.

Dale Jr's podcast with KDB about this that drops tomorrow should be fun.
