F1: Britain Round 10

This is absolutely phenomenal. It would be nothing short of tragic if Silverstone can't remain on the calendar.

The short DRS zones are saving Bottas.

That was good while it lasted. Inevitable results.

Apparently Mercedes had no unused softs left so they couldn't pit Bottas.

Don't know how you screw up your allocation that badly. Yikes.

Anyone know the story on Vettels neck/injury. I never heard.

They have been so off the mark as a whole this year. They are also lacking some speed but mostly it's questionable moves that's costing them. Maybe they need new people in there.

Ferrari wins, Verstappen DNF, Hamilton has a bad start.
Kimi my favorite drove with passion today.
Hard spirited racing up front during the latter stages.

Best F1 race in a long time.

Damn F1 continues to deliver. The racing after that second safety car was madness

Vettel continues to impress with his unreal passing, and Ferrari have some serious speed

I hate that I keep missing the live races. Didn't get back home from the local dirt track until after 1am. Will watch later via DVR, sounds like a fun race.

I'm currently watching the replay, I was at drill this weekend, and I want to get this off my chest.

I'm sick of Crofty and Brundle, the Hamilton sucking is ridiculous atm, I usually have no issue with it. Martin acts like Lewis has a subpar car, I knew damn well he was going to recover and do it well because the Merc is the best car in the ****** field. Considering outside of an underpowered Red Bull and Ferrari, who the **** else could pull that performance off without the proper car? The homer nature of the broadcasters is the reason why I DREADED this world feed from Sky. If ESPN, gave a ****, which they don't, I swear its aggregating to watch these races. I've always liked Brundle, but can we please get more neutral broadcasters? Holy **** man.

I generally like Sky and especially Brundle, but the English nationalism can definitely get to be too much at times. I used some underground Sky streams a little during the Rosberg/Hamilton years, and there were several races where it seemed like they wanted Nico indicted for war crimes.

Hopefully this isn't the last international sporting event this week where the Englishmen leave disappointed.

I guess I didn't realize until now that during the later replays of the race, ESPN inserts awful commercials randomly. Oops. Reminder to self: always record the live broadcast.

Lol they all absolutely thought Kimi should have a 10 second penalty for making contact

I thought the penalty was warranted. :idunno:

In the end, they both finished right around where they deserved.

I liked Kimi's mean streak, he looked hungry yesterday. Just have to keep it clean for once, he still has plenty of speed.

He'll win a race or two before the year is over. Spa might be that place for him.
