NASCAR street racing in 2021?

Never saw a "street" race venue that was conducive to competitors passing...then again, the current configuration of NASCAR pretty much epitomizes the lack of competitive passing.

NASCAR Pintys Series puts on some good races at Trois-Rivieres, QC and Toronto, ON.
Not sure it would be a perfect fit for the Cup series but i think its worth giving it a shot! I say go for it!
At least give it a shot with Xfinity if not cup!

Not a fan of street courses and if NASCAR must had more RC tracks, then add one of the plenty that we have here, like the list that Larson fan would be a good start.

Many purpose built tracks capable of holding cup crowds...
Road America
Mid Ohio
COTA
Sebring
Road Atlanta
Portland
Indy Road Course
Daytona Road Course

Street racing is cool looking, but not great racing.
Great list. I’d be so happy with a Road America playoff race, it’d be amazing no doubt.

ahh racing at Sebring, I all up for it. X airbase with a history and a challenging racetrack, it would be a good choice early or late in the season

Would a street race with stock cars be that interesting though?

scroll thru this if you have the bandwidth. The race starts about the 14 minute mark. These cars are very similar to Xfinity cars. Personally I think the Nascar type cars race better on street courses than IndyCars because they aren't as delicate. BTW the announcing is so much better that what we have to listen too.

Yeah my "about" was way off. GWC finish for those wanting to see the finish only starts at the 40:00 mark, it's a good one.

This car would look sic on a street course.

I gotta say, this test car looks really bad ass.
