I'd like to watch a Talladega race in person one day. Unfortunately, you have to venture to Alabama to do so.

I went in 04, was pretty amazing time. Dale Jr won. But being in Alabama does feel wrong.

Think harder than that. Fan favorite Chase Elliott has taken the lead several times and theres been a few wrecks. Fans certainly cheered then. NBC just decided to light the mics up after Bubba walled it. Especially with a limited number of fans allowed. Same thing happened any time Jr took the lead. Is it still bad to cheer on anyone wrecking? I believe so. I also don’t believe the majority of fans at the race are racist. He’s just a heel in the sport currently after the mess that happened at Dega last time. The figure heads at NASCAR should be the enemy for that, not Bubba.
