All Star Circuit of Champions 2021

Geesh, Port Royal postponed again today. Looks like a good day tomorrow for the rain date. Wonder if Larson might show up.

Fantastic racing so far at Port Royal. Anthony Macri from tenth starting spot to the lead after dueling with Lance Dewease for several laps, and it's not over yet. Open red now.

Oh man Macri loses the right rear and into the wall running down Dewease

Macri Sheldoned (walled) it, and Dewease wins. Great racing, Macri is thrilling to watch. Logan Wagner second and Tyler Courtney with a late charge to third.

The All-Stars were racing for a lot more money to win tonight than WoO.

DD hard charger tonight, wonder how he would of done on a night where he would start closer to the front

My, oh my! The racing last night at Port Royal was incredible. I guess because of the format, I don't recall ever seeing such hard racing in the heats. Macri left me speechless with one heck of a move in his heat and he was fearless in the feature. Too bad he "Sheldoned" it as I can't even imagine what might have happened between him a Dewease those final 5 laps. Great to see Dewease get the win though.
This track is awesome. Only been here a handful of times and I never been disappointed. It was also a great long weekend, in spite of the rainouts because I got to spend it with my daughter in our camper at the track. She even won two pit passes for us!

Sunshine won't let up on his recent domination with the All Stars, winning again for the fifth time in the last nine races. Ian Madsen, Cory Eliason, Gio Scelzi, Rico Abreu, Bill Balog follow second-sixth.

Nice to see Bill Balog get a victory with the All Stars. He had them covered. Ian Madsen second, Rico third, Spencer Bayston fourth, Sunshine fifth.

Balog gets his first and picks up his second 23 hours later

Have watched him run quite a few WoO and ASCoC races the past couple years, never seen him look this fast.

Ian Madsen finishes second, Rico third, Cap Henry fourth, Cory Eliason fifth.

Fireworks between Ian Madsen and Justin Peck whlle racing for the lead. Looked like Peck got overzealous and took himself out, but Madsen kept going and retains the lead when they go back to green.

A bunch of rough driving

It was an interesting evening. That angle really didn't capture how overzealous Peck was making that move. Not sure what he was thinking at that point.

What is going on with all these dust bowls the past couple years? It is really hard to introduce someone new to sprint car racing when the track conditions are like this. I would like for my wife to go, but she sees what I look like when I come home and has no interest in joining me.

Danny Dietrich leads 39 laps but Cole Duncan beats him off 4 to won

I saw the first half of the race before the heats started here at Knoxville. Wow, will have to catch the replay later. Last lap?

Last corner Duncan get a run high off 4 and beat him to the line by .25

Damn good race :)

Final Corner Pass For The Win at Fremont | All Star Sprint “Ohio Speedweek”

Really good racing in the heats, and the track looks like it has some moisture in it, which can be a rarity in Ohio.

My current morning coffee view of where the action will be tonight. Looking forward to a great show. I would think Blaney will show up here...since he is a track owner and beat the WOO here.

First world griping incoming, but I absolutely cannot stand how Flo will advertise a stream start time, for instance the ASCoC race at Sharon tonight, to start at a particular time, and then not start the stream for an hour+ a lot of the times.

Anyway, got off of work early tonight and am excited to watch the winged cars at Sharon while flipping over to the wingless cars on their eastern tour part II.

Hadn't noticed this, but I often don't tune in until later, because I'm not that interested in preamble, hot laps, etc. Are you sure they aren't displaying the wrong time zone for you?

It is definitely annoying. I'll be switching back and forth tonight as I like wing cars more but Grandview where USAC is running is my favorite local track.

It said 5:15 today for me in the East. Though hot laps weren't scheduled until 6
