60th Rolex 24 at Daytona

The night racing impressed me. When I first started following the race Daytona wasn't lit and it was too dark to follow the action. The lighting on the cars is cool, it was easy to ID the cars at night. The track lighting helped too.

Should have been there in 1970 when there were no lights at all.

Wow.... that GTD battle was bonkers. I can't believe race control let them beat and bang so much, especially after they told them to knock it off.

LMP2 could have been closer, but it still came down to the last 10 minutes. Finally, sportscar racing has it all right.

Sure got me a ton of race watching in. It feels real good and LOTS of great action. Only complaint would be the rushed interviews at the end. After 24 hours, I wanted more time with the drivers and crews.
