OK, I'm sold already. This is already much better than the crashfests when the Clash was at Daytona.
Replace the Vegas playoff race with this.

Yes. But no need to build a track in LA, there's plenty of good short tracks around the country that would love the improvements needed to bring them up to Cup level standards.
