St. Louis / Portland Bonehead

I’m tempted to still give it to Ross. He owned up to it and took fault, but man still drove like a dang bonehead.

Jesse is a wonderful guy, but that should have been the final straw there.

Kyle Weatherman and Jesse Little are right there, let them swap duties for the rest of the season.

Ross, with honorable mention to NASCAR for granting Iwuji a license

Hamlin for just swerving around to slow Ross down instead of fencing him and getting it over with.

It's easy to jump on the Iwuji bandwagon, yeah he doesn't belong yada yada yada but in this case I give him the benefit of the doubt.

I'm not buying this one. If this was the case why did they bring him in and hold him for 2 laps?

Dont know what happened here but the spotters are to let the drivers know of cars coming around to catch up with the field after a caution, lucky dogs or wave arounds. But you have to use reasonable care when doing this which is probably why he got the penalty. But i can understand it happening on a road course when the line keeps changing but standard protocol is to go to the outside lane.

Jesse Iwuji was the first driver in the autograph tent in Portland. He had the nicest smile and very friendly. Makes you want to root for him but he's struggling to get better. Gave us all a thrill when he slammed into Gibbs right in front of us during that caution. The crowd loved it.

I would give to Iwuji but honestly Gibbs deserves it since he blew that race on his own. Hamlin also for not wrecking Chastain straight up and screening around
