Great battle for 30th position with five teams that still have a realistic shot.
All five of these racers will finish the year *ahead* of positions 31 - 36, who fell behind and dropped out. Even being last among those still competing beats the hell outta those DNF's. So congrats to all who are still hanging in there...

As one of the dropouts I absolutely agree with you. Hopefully I will never do that again.

Congratulations to all who will complete the season. Great sportsmanship and a great commissioner @pjmolo is essential.

ATTENTION, ALL NASCAR PICK 'EM 2022 PLAYERS

Because I don't expect to have internet access between Friday morning and sometime Monday evening, the list of players' picks won't be posted prior to Sunday's race.

Instead, picks will be recorded, scored, and posted late Monday night or early Tuesday morning.

Additionally, the deadline for submitting or changing picks has been extended to the scheduled start time of Sunday's race, i.e. 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.

Finally, my pick for the Charlotte Roval is Michael McDowell in the #34 car.

Good Luck and Happy Motoring !!!

I got a cool 30th from Gilliland today. Only 1 more race of having to use a c list.

So much for my Elliott pick. I'm left holding a bucket 'o piss....
It was a good pick until the sign failure (need stronger glue) that caused the caution with 3 laps to go. It did not help me either, as I was cruising to a top-10 finish with Gragson. NASCAR never fails at making me laugh. :lol2:

Well, I used Blaney here…not a good pick. They were playing defense all day, got back to 14th for overtime, then caught in the spin to finish like crap. No top 10 season finish for me this year…

Forget about that sireen down at the pool room y'all. I came to Charlotte to ring the bell...

Ding... Dinger... Dingest... :growl:

Didn't work out as planned, but got a P4... not too shabby.

The NASCAR Cup Series held the final road course event of the year with the running of the Bank of America ROVAL 400 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

The most popular driver pick, selected by five players, was 4th place finisher AJ Allmendinger.

The "Highest Finishing Pick" award went to @Spotter22, @RayinTX, @Old 97, @LewTheShoe, and @LJ7201 thanks to their pick of Allmendinger.

The "Most Upward Movement" award went to @RayinTX and @JJ_14 as they each moved up three positions in the standing.

Continuing congrats to @Head423 for maintaining his hold on the top spot in the standings for the twenty-fourth consecutive race. However, his lead over second place was reduced to a mere 29 points with four races remaining in the season.

It's getting to the point where we can guess who is picking whom.
Were you here the year @Clutch won the championship?

Turns out he had already seen the races before he submitted his picks ... sumthin’ to do with New Zealand being 9 hours ahead. I never fully understood it.

He’s done nothing since he moved to Alpharetta, Georgia.
