2023 WEC

I mean between WEC, IMSA, DTM, ADAC, and SRO there are plenty of seats with factory and privateer teams.
Yeah, but thinking of other manufacturers who have pretty extensive programs Ferrari have 12, Mercedes have 10, Porsche have 14. Some of those guys like Herta may appear only once I guess though, just found it odd/interesting.

That is true.

Don't know what else they have in mind.

Peugeot recently completed a 24-hour test at Paul Ricard.

Ferrari hit 16,000 kms at Vallelunga but have been pretty transparent about issues cropping up along the way.

ā€œThe teamā€™s work in 2022 was definitely intense, but we are still at the start of the development process,ā€ said Ferdinando Cannizzo, Head of Ferrari GT Track Car Development. ā€œAs is expected at this stage, we are making progress but also experiencing setbacks that slow down the programme. We are collecting valuable data and ideas to help us improve the car in terms of performance and reliability. We still need to do a lot of work to ensure we are ready for the debut at Sebring, but we are following our planned steps.ā€

Ferrari Hypercar lineups - Giovinazzi is the only one coming from outside of their GT roster

Glickenhaus submitted a full season entry for the #708 and a Le Mans entry for the #709. Full season entry list will be revealed tomorrow.

38 for the full season. Isotta Fraschini didnā€™t get on the list, ByKolles Vanwall did, even though Iā€™m pretty sure theyā€™re still in a legal dispute over the rights to the Vanwall name? Vanwall have done testing, IF just got their tub this past week so theyā€™ll probably use 2023 to properly test and develop.

13 Hypercar / 11 LMP2 / 14 GTE-Am

Nothing else, he didnā€™t have it up for long supposedly so I donā€™t think it was supposed to get posted.
From the rear it looks great. The view of the air exhausts from behind the front wheels is interesting. I like the color combination so the whole car should look great. I like the Porsche because it's so straight forward , sleek, and comparatively simple. It just looks good.

Vanwall and Glickenhaus are submitting for second entries at Le Mans, Cadillac are likely to do the same for the CGR IMSA car, and thereā€™s a chance one of the IMSA Penske Porsches applies as well - probably depending on how the car holds up at the Rolex later this month. So all told there could be 18 in the top class in June.

Too much winning for sportscar racing.

Welcome to the FIA WEC grid, Vanwall Racing Team. The Austrian team Floyd Vanwall Racing Team, will enter the Hypercar class of the 2023 FIA World Endurance Championship with the Vanwall Vandervell 680. Tom Dillmann, Esteban Guerrieri and former F1 champion Jacques Villeuneuve will share the driving duties.

Pretty big move by Ferrari as they sign Lilou Wadoux as their first-ever lady factory driver, running in the Richard Mille AF Corse GTE-Am entry this season.
