Overturn that precedent. Waivers should only be for when you miss a race due to circumstances beyond your control. Getting suspended is within your control.

I know I’m late but the 6 and the 17 are running so well, Brad has Roush just about fixed. We’ll see if both crews can keep up with the track as it changes over the last 300 miles here

Only way you don’t get a waiver is if you miss a race due to lack of sponsorship.

Why would he own it, nascar has told the drivers not to own it or you will get a worse penalty.
