Silly Season 2024

It's a BIG can of worms should they ever take away a charter. And yes, there'd have to be some kind of monetary compensation and likely legal mitigation given it's a multi-million dollar asset.

I don't know a ton about stick/ball sports, but I'm sure the NFL, NBA, MLB, ect, COULD force a sale of a team and it's buried somewhere in a multi-thousand page contract, but reality is that would *almost* never happen under any circumstance.

Happened in 2011, MLB took control of the dodgers and forced the owners to sell.

if rumors are true of Gragson getting the 10, im just not sure how..sure hes got black rifle....but is that gonna be enough, especially since SHR has got to fill the 4 also

Jeb Burton just posted a pen emoji, so I'd assume he's probably returning at Jordan Anderson again next year?

....and at 12:00 Eastern Time on Monday morning November 6, a new Toyota team was born. Hello Legacy. Let's go get it!

NOVEMBER 5, 2023 AT 1:30 PM

A fledgling NASCAR Cup Series team from Germany, 3F Racing’s owners received their visas back in May. But ever since, it wasn’t smooth sailing for the team to make its debut in 2023.

3F was planning to make its debut this season at the Charlotte Motor Speedway ROVAL in October, then Homestead-Miami Speedway. However, sponsorship for both events fell through.

“Now, all eyes are 2024 and the goal is the same working close with [Richard Childress Racing] and Chevy,” Hirtz said.
3F is aiming to run eight to 10 races next season, Hirtz confirmed. Funding, however, is still the biggest hurdle for the team to get into the sport.

Wonder when these guys will get things up and running? Anyone know... anything? about who this team is?

Seriously, this is like a vintage press release circa 2002 or something.... "random people you've never heard to run part-time in Winston Cup 2003".

It also looks like everything that "team" has put out for like 2 years. I'll believe them when they show up.
They did venture out to the beautiful state of Sachsen-Anhalt and made their EuroNASCAR debut with Ryan Vargas driving at Oschersleben.
Are they gonna make it to Cup? Not in a million years.
