I just looked at the forecast - 65% chance of rain with the worst coming late in the day. I would move the Mexico Series race to tomorrow and run the Cup race early. Monday also looks like a wash out.

Maybe Tuesday?

Apparently the mayor of LA is telling people to stay off the roads on Monday -- I assume that also includes roads inside of football stadiums.

Moving the Heats to today is looking like an accidentally brilliant move by NASCAR since it shortens the window needed for the Clash tomorrow. According to reports I'm reading, the worst rain is supposed to start on Sunday evening into Monday.

Could anyone please send me the link to the Allah stream & the Twitch one via private message? I don't have access to reddit, thank you.

Haha sounds like next years Clash @ Daytona should be a quick Saturday night race.

Nascar got this one right. Us folk who have to be up at 0400 Monday morning appreciate it as well.

Great that they did this, though I'm sure someone somewhere has a problem with it there's always one...or in NASCARs case dozens.

Good move considering the circumstance.

TV ratings will be a bloodbath though. Damn.

FS1 on cable up against North Carolina’s Super Bowl.

I just wonder how they’re going to let ticket holders know about the rescheduling. It would suck to travel to LA for the race, be out sightseeing, and miss the announcement.

Good precedent for NASCAR to set though. If they can move races, they should do so in the future.

I'm not sure if I like that, it's one thing for a non points paying race, but like a points one I don't know, that would be a no from me dawg.

What in the world? I just seen they moved this to today. I can’t remember something like this ever happening

I wonder if concerns about this temporary track holding up to several inches of rain played a part in the rescheduling decision.
