MLB 2025

Was you alive in 88

The Orioles 21-game losing streak in 1988 will never be matched ...

I was. I remember a Chicago radio guy trying to sell the Orioles play-by-play guy on the benefits of going 0-162. He said if they would be remembered forever but if they won a game or two they would be just another team that sucked.

Still makes me chuckle.

I remember all that. Bob Rivers the DJ from Batimore lived on a roof top till the O’s won a game. I think he was there a week or 2.The 1st win came against the White Sox.

Phillies on a nice roll but losing one of out most consistent bullpen arms to a PED suspension is far from helpful. But we did managed to come back on the worst team in baseball last night.

Eli White needs to be damn DFA or benched or something, cause ******** that was just stupid. Running to third, and you turn the **** around to go to second. Ball wasn't caught lol. Just dumb dumb DUMB

Acuna? Maybe one day his PSA 10 rookie card will be worth half of what I paid.
yeah

Love seeing my Phils on top of the list but they've gotten rich off some poverty franchises lately

My nephew's High School baseball team just lost in the State Championship game 1-0 in the bottom of the 13th inning (regularly play 7 innings) on a walk off balk. Yes, that last sentence actually happened. :idunno:
That umps either real stupid or got a pair if he's willing to make that call.

The Phillies win on the first walk off catchers interference since 1971, the weird little things that make me love the craziness of baseball.

I wonder what team will get Paul Skenes when the Pirates trade him.

Another catcher's interference tonight in the first allowing a run to score. That's two innings in a row.

Yes, I know Harper would have been safe at home anyway.
